ANDROID: gki_defconfig: Disable TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE 



Fix conflict between jemalloc/scudo and MADV_NOHUGEPAGE by disabling the
transparent hugepage support. It has also been suggested that this
feature can make VM behavior less predictable.
