ANDROID: KVM: arm64: Introduce KVM_CAP_ARM_FFA_SUPPORT uapi 



Restrict protected VMs from being able to talk to Trustzone unless
userspace specifies the KVM_CAP_ARM_FFA_SUPPORT capability.
