ANDROID: qcom: Update the ABI symbol list

Add the following symbols to qcom ABI list
Since these are available in common list,
ABI won't have any change:
    drm_gem_prime_export
    blk_mq_complete_request_remote
    blk_mq_quiesce_queue_nowait
    blk_revalidate_disk_zones
    queue_limits_commit_update
