Revert "drm/bridge: Introduce pre_enable_prev_first to alter bridge init order"

This reverts commit 5044e5f2 which is
commit 4fb912e5 upstream.

It breaks the Android ABI and can be brought back in an abi-safe way in
the future if it is still needed.
