Revert "ALSA: usb-audio: Add new quirk FIXED_RATE for JBL Quantum810 Wireless"

This reverts commit f1a68c6a which is
commit fd28941c upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
