Revert "usb: typec: ucsi: glink: move GPIO reading into connector_status callback"

This reverts commit fd662c37 which is
commit 76716fd5 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
