Revert "Merge f354086d ("ALSA: usb-audio: add quirk for RODE NT-USB+") into android13-5.15-lts"

This reverts commit 7df91f56, reversing
changes made to f1d7c141.

This backs out the following ALSA upstream changes that break the
Android ABI.  If they are needed in the future, they can come back in an
abi-safe way:
