Revert "mmc: sdhci-sprd: Fix vqmmc not shutting down after the card was pulled"

This reverts commit 1796ae6a which is
commit 477865af upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
