ANDROID: Disable CONFIG_THERMAL_STATISTICS

CONFIG_THERMAL_STATISTICS is not efficient way to
get large data via sysfs. This have been replaced
with the CONFIG_THERMAL_DEBUGFS and that should
be used instead.
