Revert "ANDROID: gki_defconfig: Enable SERIAL_MSM_GENI_EARLY_CONSOLE"

This reverts commit 69b78467.

Reason for revert: Feature was included for bringup activities that have
moved to the android12-5.10 branch. Will be replaced by upstream
solution.
