ANDROID: block: Add npo2 zone size support in bdev_offset_from_zone_start() 



bdev_offset_from_zone_start() was added in kernel 6.3 while the linux-block
npo2 zone size patch series is based on kernel 6.0. Hence this patch that
adds npo2 zone size support in bdev_offset_from_zone_start().
