ANDROID: GKI: Update symbol list for qcom

Add following symbols to the QCOM symbol list to support vendor do
some works when scx enabled:
    __traceiter_android_vh_scx_enabled
    __traceiter_android_vh_switching_to_scx
    __tracepoint_android_vh_scx_enabled
    __tracepoint_android_vh_switching_to_scx

Update stg as follow:
    1 function symbol(s) added
      'int __traceiter_android_vh_switching_to_scx(void*, struct rq*, struct task_struct*)'

    1 variable symbol(s) added
      'struct tracepoint __tracepoint_android_vh_switching_to_scx'
