ANDROID: ABI: Update symbols to unisoc whitelist for the sysdump 1st

Update whitelist for the symbols used by the unisoc device and
update the ABI representation accordingly

  [A] kmsg_dump_get_buffer
  [A] kmsg_dump_register
  [A] kmsg_dump_rewind
  [A] kmsg_dump_unregister
