ANDROID: enable db845c kleaf build.

Kleaf replaces build.sh. Define db845c target in Bazel
so it may be built with the following command.

Kleaf requires the list of in-tree kernel modules to be
listed explicitly.

Test: tools/bazel run //common:db845c_dist
