Revert "genirq/msi: Store the IOMMU IOVA directly in msi_desc instead of iommu_cookie"

This reverts commit ba41e4e6 which is
commit 1f7df3a6 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
