scsi: aacraid: remove wildcard for series 9 controllers

commit ae2aae24 upstream.

Controllers with this PCI ID never shipped outside of
PMCS/Microsemi. Remove the ID from the aacraid driver. smartpqi is the
correct driver for these controllers.
