ANDROID: GKI: Introduce GKI_HIDDEN_IOMMU_CONFIGS 



Add the GKI_HIDDEN_IOMMU_CONFIGS config option to enable IOMMU
related features that are implicitly enabled by enabling modules
that depend on them. This is currently needed for SVA support.
