ANDROID: GKI: x86: Enable BIOS signature checker as x86 hidden 



Add check_signature library to the GKI built-ins which may be used
for BIOS signature comparison within given mmio address range.

It is required for Intel 82801 (ICH/PCH) vendor driver to enable
SMBus extensions to the I2C specification.
