ANDROID: gki_defconfig: Remove implied config option CONFIG_BLK_DEV_INITRD 



Since commit 2910b5aa ("bootconfig: Fix CONFIG_BOOTTIME_TRACING
dependency issue") savedefconfg further reduces the gki_defconfig
files to remove the implicit CONFIG_BLK_DEV_INITRD=y entry.  Instead,
going forward, it will be 'select'ed by BOOT_CONFIG.
