ANDROID: trusty_qemu_defconfig: split into fragments 



Split trusty_qemu_defconfig into gki_defconfig and Trusty-specific
fragment

Also, disable LTO (and, consequently, all configs that depend on it,
e.g. CFI) because it makes build times really slow.
