UPSTREAM: drm/xe: Add Wildcat Lake device IDs to PTL list

Introduce wildcat lake device Id.
Wildcat Lake uses slightly different graphics and media IP versions
than Panther Lake, but can still be treated as PTL for general driver
flows.
