Revert "gpio: use raw spinlock for gpio chip shadowed data"

This reverts commit fb4fb3d2 which is
commit 3c938cc5 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel ABI and Android does not use the realtime
kernel option so this is not an issue (especially for 5.15.)
