Revert "block: make sure ->nr_integrity_segments is cloned in blk_rq_prep_clone" 



This reverts commit 2afa5ea7 which is
commit fc0e982b upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
