ANDROID: timer: Export hrtimer_expire_entry/exit tracepoints

Export hrtimer_expire_entry/exit tracepoints, so that vendor modules
can register probes for these tracepoints.

When core stop, we need hrtimer when last hrtimer is called.
Also, rcu stall issue needs hrtimer infos.
For this reason, we have stored hrtimer infos.
