autopkgtest: Check also /usr/share/initramfs-tools/{hooks,scripts} 



klibc 2.0.5-1, kmod 26-1, and systemd 240-4 fixed their shellcheck
issues. So we can also check the whole /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks
and /usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts directories.
