Revert "msm: board-8974: Switch from stub to krait regulator for 8841 S5-S8" 



This reverts commit 34f263eb.

The krait-regulator driver hasn't been properly validated on
8974 and is causing boot failures. We must properly fix that
driver before we can switch over.
