msm: cpr: Enable support for multiple frequencies switches.

Enable support for CPR which can work with frequencies switches
from the nominal to turbo frequencies and do the appropriate
calculations for the CPR parameters impacted due to it, while at it
use the uV as common parameter for all the calculations to
avoid the rounding in the calculations.
