mmc: msm_sdcc: Enable AUTO_PROG_DONE for CMD25 



With commit (d5d59dcf) setting AUTO_PROG_DONE bit for Multi
block write command (CMD25) is broken. Fix this by setting
wait_for_auto_prog_done flag for CMD25 preceded with CMD23.
