msm: camera: Update the bus vectors for 8x30 camera usecases. 



8x30 hardware configuration is slightly lower compared to 8960/8064.
So the bus bandwidth vectors need to be tweaked slightly to avoid bus
overflow issues seen in different camera usecases.
