usb: gadget: Increase usb buffers to boost dun performance 



USB dial up networking driver is allocating only 2 buffers for
rx and tx which is limiting throughput to 1mbps on ul and down
link. Increase USB buffers to support higher throughput over
usb dial up networking driver
