mako: fsa8008: not use mic_bias_en in rev 1.0 or later 

Old mako device used the external LDO, not pmic8921.
So it needed to control the external LDO by mic_bias_en.
Rev. 1.0 uses the pmic8921. So mic_bias_en is not needed anymore.
