regulator: qpnp-labibb: Update settings for AMOLED mode 



As per the hardware documentation, update the following register
configurations in AMOLED mode.

    IBB_NONOVERLAP_TIME_1
    IBB_NONOVERLAP_TIME_2
    IBB_SPARE_CTL

This is to improve the IBB efficiency.
