mako: touch: support new touch panel (PLG137/0.9T) 

Use ARRAYED_TOUCH_FW_BIN feature to support both new(PLG137/0.9T)
and old(TM2000/0.55T) panels with one binary.

Firmware Verison: New - E003, Old - E059 (no change)
