CHROMIUM: arm64: dts: qcom: qcs404: tcsr should not be specialized

the tcsr register zone serves different purposes on different drivers
and therefore should not be specialized as a dt node for any given
client (it should be kept generic)

TEST=Boot the mistral device and check whether kernel warning call
stack is dumped for sysfs duplicate entries
