msm: clock-copper: Correctly assign BLSP core devices to their clocks

The (I2C, SPI, UART) core register sets are numbered from 0 through
5. However, the corresponding clock register sets for each core are
numbered from 1 through 6. Correct the clock lookup table to match
the right clocks with these devices.
