net: rmnet_usb: Use USB_DEVICE_INTERFACE_NUMBER

Use the USB_DEVICE_INTERFACE_NUMBER macro to add the supported
devices and their corresponding interface numbers. This replaces
the cumbersome per-PID bitfield used to map supported interfaces.
