CHROMIUM: arm64: dts: qcom: qcs404-evb: pms405_s3 is not a RPM vdd supply
Commit 123252c8 ("CHROMIUM: arm64: dts: qcom: enable voltage scaling (opp)") incorrectly changed the RPM vdd s3 supply to pms405_s3, which is the s3 regulator controlled via SPMI. The RPM vdd supplies should not be configured via the SPMI driver, so revert this part of the commit.
