arm/dt: msm-pm8841: Change PMIC PM8841 second slave ID to 5 



The PMIC PM8841 uses slave IDs 4 and 5 for its peripherals.  Out
of date documentation was previously referenced which stated that
the slave IDs are 2 and 3.  Therefore, change the slave ID used
in the dtsi files from 3 to 5.
