msm_fb:hdmi:Video playback failure issue 



OEM reported Video playback failure
(before Video, Audio fails actually) issue,
because hdmi_msm_power_off() skips
SWITCH_SET_HDMI_AUDIO, hdmi_msm_audio_off()
