spmi: qpnp-int: Fix bug in setting interrupt type 



Fix a bug where the code neglects to set the INT_POLARITY_LOW
register to the correct value for the case IRQF_TRIGGER_LOW.
It should be set with a '1' for the corresponding interrupt bit.
