net: wireless: bcmdhd: Add WIPHY_FLAG_SUPPORTS_FW_ROAM flag 



Adding this flag will allow NL80211_ATTR_ROAM_SUPPORT, and will set
  WPA_DRIVER_FLAGS_BSS_SELECTION flag in wpa_supplicant
