ASoC: msm: Add support for VoLTE feature

Add VoLTE changes in routing, cpu, platform
and voice proxy driver. These are common
changes for targets which require VoLTE feature.
Machine driver changes for VoLTE feature are
required along with these changes for VoLTE
to work properly.
