msm: rpm-regulator-smd: Update of_get_regulator_init_data() call

The prototype of of_get_regulator_init_data() was modified in
this change:

    regulator: pass device_node to of_get_regulator_init_data()

Therefore, modify the of_get_regulator_init_data() call inside of
the rpm-regulator-smd driver so that the new parameter is
specified.
