msm: footswitch-8x60: Reset GFX3D AXI clock domain on 8064 and 8930

Unlike previous SoCs supported by this driver, the AXI reset for
GFX3D is not tied to the core's reset and must be controlled
separately. Add this additional clock to the list of ones to be
reset for these targets.
