power: pm8921-bms: reset coulomb counter when faking high ocv 



When charging is complete, BMS will fake a high OCV in order to appear
at 100%. Instead of tracking the cc value at EOC and using that to
offset further CC reads reset the coulomb counter in the h/w itself.
