ASoC: MSM: add cpu and codec dais for Ultrasound 



Ultrasound needs decimators to be running at 96k or 192k. The signals
from those decimators  need to sent to slimbus ports which belong to
afe slimbus port which is exclusively reserved for ultrasound.
