msm: kgsl: remove kgsl_mem_entry.flags 



The two flags fields in kgsl_memdesc should be enough for
anyone.  Move the only flag using kgsl_mem_entry, the
FROZEN flag for snapshot procesing, to use kgsl_memdesc.priv.
