defconfig: Enable CONFIG_WLAN_FEATURE_RX_WAKELOCK 



Enable CONFIG_WLAN_FEATURE_RX_WAKELOCK to define
WLAN_FEATURE_HOLD_RX_WAKELOCK to be able to define
qcom_rx_wakelock to prevent device from going in suspend
state while running throughput when USB is disconnected with
LCD off.
