ASoC: WCD9304: Fix LDO_H enable for WCD9304 version 1.1 



For WCD9304 version 1.0, it is requried to enable LDO_H supply
whenever the bandgap reference is set to audio mode. whereas
in WCD9304 version 1.1, this is not requried.

Fix by enabling LDO_H supply only for WCD9304 version 1.0
