Revert "msm: board-msm7x27a: Huge idle timeout for 3D device in msm8625" 



This reverts commit b103129f.

Sleep & Wake cycles of 3D device need footswitch configuration.
it is enabled with commit-id e380a2d7
so removing the huge idle timeout.
